Mattia Reggiani, founder of Sorte, wanted to create his own London Dry Gin, different from all the others, among the few London Dry with Tonka Beans. Gin is conceived not following the logic of profit, but of sustainability, with 100% natural botanicals collected in the heart of Tuscany to which the precious South American berry is added.
On the nose and on the palate Sorte Gin releases perfectly balanced notes of Juniper with delicate hints of Cardamom, Jasmine, Coriander and Iris Root. To close the sensory experience, the herbaceous and enveloping finish of the Tonka Bean.
