Tzoa Gin

A tribute to Lessinia, to its nature, history and tradition, Tzòa Gin is a real journey into the territory of the Cimbri. Distilled with an artisanal and traditional method, it is the result of a combination of 20 local botanicals, many of which are completely unusual in gin, such as the bird's rowan, chestnut, linden and pine buds.
Gin Tzòa is intense and complex on the nose, with citrus and floral notes among which orange, hawthorn, elderberry, tea and linden stand out. On the palate the juniper is immediate and strong; the other flavors lean on it. Long and persistent, but also soft, with floral hints and sweet notes.
