Aviation American Gin

Founded in 2004 in Oregon, House Spirits Distillery is one of the leading exponents of the artisanal distillation movement in America. Using ingredients from ethically sustainable sources, the spirits are handcrafted under the watchful eye of the head distiller and the talented bartenders who collaborate on the project. Aviation American Gin, the most famous product of this distillery, was born in the summer of 2005 thanks to a partnership with professional bartender Ryan Magarian and many think it was the first collaboration between distillers and bartenders in American history.
In recent years Aviation Gin has made a lot of talk about itself in the world, first when most of the shares were bought by actor Ryan Reynolds who started a series of hilarious and viral campaigns, then with the purchase by Diageo for over 600 million dollars.
Aviation Gin is deliciously spicy on the palate, with hints of cardamom and cinnamon, balanced by sweet floral notes. The spicy notes remain in the long finish along with hints of citrus. Juniper is always present, but what makes gin particularly special is the creamy sensation that makes the distillate very soft.
