Natural botanicals such as juniper, coriander, orange and iris root combine perfectly with the seawater of oysters to produce a smooth, fresh, lively gin with a surprising touch of saltiness. Hermit Dutch Coastal Gin is an artisanally distilled Dutch gin in pot-still in small batches. A particular variety of citrus peels adds a nice freshness to the typical hints of gin and coriander. The other 8 botanicals give it greater complexity and depth. A drop of oyster seawater gives the finish a surprising salty note.
