Homard Gin was born from an idea of starred chef Kristof Marrannes, created by Spirits by Design, a Belgian distillery known for its "crazy" products.
Homard Gin is obtained through a process of maceration in neutral spirit of crustaceans (without the tail) for about two days: a whole lobster is used for every liter of spirit and the result is surprising, with evident hints of lobster on the nose and a fresh marine flavor with the addition of lemon and parsley.
