Anointed Gin

Distinguish this gin the intense yellow color andinfusion of rare herbs hand-picked by the Inuit in the Ungava Bay, a vast unspoiled area north of Québec. Fair trade and original, Ungava gin seems sweet to the nose, but on the palate some dry notes strike, initially slightly sour and then almost bitter, balanced by floral notes which then leave room for juniper, ending with a pleasant dry aftertaste.
