Yu Gin

Yu Gin is inspired by Japanese culture, in particular by Wabi Sabi, a philosophy that values ​​simplicity while embracing complexity and so the gin is complex in taste, but simple in its genuineness and in the selection of natural raw materials.
It is produced in France with local ingredients apart from the two oriental botanicals: Yuzu, which gives its name to the gin, and Sichuan pepper. The prevailing notes of juniper combine with the citrus and spicy ones of these two botanicals with a balanced and deliciously aromatic result.
