Bitter Seri Pervas

Amaro Seri Pervas is composed of a delicious mix of herbs, spices and roots, but is uniquely characterized by the skilful use of ground coffee beans. In fact, the roasted notes of coffee are the protagonists of the nose, giving off hints of cocoa and hazelnut, well accompanied by the more bitter and dry notes of cinchona and angostura. On the palate, the initial sweet sensation of the sugars is immediately softened by the bitterness of the bitter herbs that are evenly distributed within the palate. The retronasal return is warm and enveloping thanks to the notes of coffee and star anise. Pleasant and persistent, it is the perfect way to round off any meal.
